Team Building and Leadership

I believe that a strong and healthy culture is the foremost important aspect of leading a team. From servers, to dishwashers, to security guards, to housekeepers; everyone should feel welcomed, included, heard, and valued.

Operational Excellence

Through my experience managing across many different departments, I understand the importance of being communicative, involved, and adaptable. Quality training and effective procedures lead to exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Financial Planning and Responsibility

Being involved in the budgeting and execution of a multi-million-dollar Long Range Planning process has allowed me to experience first-hand what it means to be a steward of every member's dollar and ensure that efficency and productivity are highlighted in every decision.

World-Class Events

From Major Championships to Daddy-Daughter-Dances, I know events can make lasting memories for anyone. I've been heavily involved in the successful hosting of the 2019 KPMG Women's PGA Championships and 2024 U.S. Amateur, working intimately with partner organizations to ensure seamless execution for participants, guests, members, and spectators.

I value the members' wants and needs and help organize parties, tournaments, and everything in between. Not every event is on TV, but we treat them all like the most important one of the day!

Food, Beverage, and hospitality

I've been fortunate to work in some extremely high-level kitchens and collaborate with culinary experts from numerous different backgrounds. I focus on offering a well-rounded menu while ensuring that every dish and drink is prepared with intense care. From carefully selecting menu items to providing exceptional service, our goal is to offer members and guests with unforgettable moments wherever they are.
I believe that the experience is everything.

Project Management and Execution

During my time at Hazeltine National, the Club has made significant investment into social spaces and member experience areas. I've played intimate roles in the planning and delivery of a new halfway house, member patio, banquet patio, and most recently the world-class Villas and Golf Performance Center. Understanding that these spaces are extremely high "touch-points" for members means that providing a superior experience is paramount.
